All I did was take some of her hair on the right side of her head and brush it over to the left side (over her fringe,) and then pin it there. It looks so cute!!
Especially with her newly made sock top and doughnut skirt ;]

Painted Nails!

Yaaay! Our dolls nails are painted now :D

We just painted their nails with regular nail polish. If you want to remove it, you can use cotton balls and ACETONE-FREE nail polish remover. If it's not acetone-free then don't use it or it will ruin your doll.

We just painted them using a tiny bit of nail polish on the brush in the bottle. If you find it hard to use this then you can use a really thin paintbrush for it.

It helps to have your doll really still with either the doll stand or somebody holding it.

Super Easy Doughnut Skirts

These are really simple to make and look GREAT over the sock bathers we just showed you ;]

All you have to do is cut out a doughnut shape fitted to wherever you want it to sit on your dolls waist.

Sock Bathers

These are super easy bathers made out of socks! :]

We found socks easy to use because they are stretchy and easy to sew. They also come in cool patterns and it's a good way to recycle any old or odd socks you don't need anymore.

Samantha is wearing a one-piece which wasn't hard to make. We had to sew together the bottom bit and the straps (which are a halterneck) because I made it using toe socks (but you could always use a normal one.

Kirsten is wearing a bikini that we made. We made the bottom by cutting of toe of the sock and then making holes for the legs. The top was made by cutting across the sock and adding two straps (its a halterneck)

This is super easy to make and looks really good. Even if you've never really sewn before (like me) its easy to make.
